Structural Bodywork:
Structural Bodywork is a deep tissue session designed to target the greatest area of stress in the body through a holistic perspective. During which the therapist may work the entire body or sections of the body focusing on full body alignment. 90 min
Structural Integration:
Structural Integration is a ten session system that aligns
and balances the body by lengthening and repositioning the fascia (connective tissue).
As the fascia becomes lengthened it allows the muscles to move more efficiently.
This provides for greater flexibility and mobility as well as relief from chronic

Yoga Classes
Following her passion for moving her body in new ways as well as creating
community, Amy found a good fit in teaching Acroyoga. Acroyoga is a specific type
of partner yoga that demands partners be in relationship honestly, authentically
and playfully. Creating a strong foundation for awareness and growth in communities.
She continues to learn and teach this art at local studios in Salt Lake City, UT.
